0800-8500 within Uruguay (FREE OF CHARGE) 26280444 from abroad or through the reverse charge system, whenever the local network allows it.

In case of urgency and/or house emergency, Sancor Seguros Uruguay offers the following services:

• Locksmith services, when one can`t get in and/or out of the house for a lock breakage or if the access door key is lost.
• Electricity, if the power in the house is cut off, produced by a short circuit.
• Plumbing, if there is a leak of water in the house pipes implying serious risks, damages or deterioration of such pipes.
• Unblocking, in case of obstructions in bathrooms fittings, sinks and washbowls.
• Glazier`s, in the event that the property is left unprotected in its access as a result of the breakage of glasses and crystals.

All the described services are under warranty for 90 days, and its provision is limited, as a maximum, to 2 annual services.

Service of Programmed Provisions: it includes all the jobs of refurbishment, decoration, cleaning, maintenance, etc, that the Beneficiary decides to carry out in its house within the following fields: Plumbing, Gas, Electricity, Brickwork, Locksmith Services, Painting, Spraying, Carpet Cleaning, Alarm Installation, Swimming Pools Maintenance, etc. In this case, Sancor Seguros Uruguay S.A. only limits itself to offer reference of the requested area providers, so the Beneficiary chooses and contacts directly with him, being the insurer not responsible for the works made. All these provision costs will be entirely at the beneficiary`s own expense and risk.

Validity and Duration:

The services are offered during 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of year. In each case, Sancor Seguros Uruguay S.A. coordinates and offers services through its authorized suppliers. As well as it assumes the costs of such provisions within the limits established for each of the services. Unexpected damages produced only within the limits of the declared house, are subject to such services. Its duration is limited to the validity of the Homeowners´ insurance policy.
