In case the vehicle is disabled due to an accident or damages, or in case of theft or larceny of the insured vehicle, Sancor Seguros Uruguay S.A. provides the following roadside assistance:

• Light duty mechanics, in case the insured vehicle is disabled due to a mechanical failure.
• Towing or transportation of the insured vehicle, when the vehicle is disabled due to either a traffic accident or a mechanical failure, or when it must be pulled out of a ditch, lagoon, etc.
• Lodging expenses, if the insured vehicle suffers a mechanical failure or accident and repair is not possible on the day of the incident, and the beneficiaries decide to wait for the vehicle to be repaired.
• Trip back to beneficiary`s home, if repair or recovery of the vehicle is not possible on the day of the incident, and the beneficiary decides to go back home instead of waiting.
• Vehicle deposit or custody, in case the vehicle has been repaired or found after theft and/or larceny, and the beneficiary is not present in the place of the incident.
• Search and shipment of spare parts: if the vehicle suffers an accident or mechanical failure, and the corresponding spare parts are not available in the place where it is being repaired. Sancor Seguros Uruguay S.A. looks for such spare parts and ships them immediately, at its sole cost, but the beneficiary must pay for the purchase of the parts.
• Free vehicle, in case the insured vehicle has been taken away or is disabled due to an accident.
• Free extra services: Sancor Seguros Uruguay S.A. also provides the following services free of charge for its clients through the company CAR UP:
  1.Monthly vehicle wash at Autocentro GoodYear, Soriano 972.
  2.Vehicle fluid control service at Autocentro GoodYear, Soriano 972.
  3.50% Discount on compulsory I.M.M (Montevideo City Council) checkup

Covered Territory for Roadside Assistance:
Services are provided at any distance from the policy holder`s home.

Service is provided throughout Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. Term is determined by the vehicle insurance policy term.
